Ballot Error

The ballots that were sent out recently have errors. They do not have member names, addresses, and account numbers printed on the reverse side. The enclosed envelope has the wrong address to return the ballot. New, corrected ballots will be mailed tomorrow with a properly addressed return envelope. Please disregard and destroy the incorrect ballot you recieved this week. Apologies for the inconvenience.
